Resect Vial

Parts of Hawat code have been branched into Vial with vision of separate library. Considering current state of things this seems overkill, and it brings some nasty cases of code duplication (models have to be redefined on subclassing even for minor changes). It makes sense to merge relevant Vial code back into main Hawat and get rid of the rest (generic base classes, too general defaults and so on), preferably the whole Vial path.

I have merged new code to devel branch to avoid blocking some other tasks and improvements and make merge easier. It works locally in Vagrant, but I have postponed the deployment to mentat-alt to perform more testing without potentially breaking alt too soon.

I pushed the code to Buildbot to build a new distribution. There was an unused import which I fixed in 8b14b09c. Other than that, it seems to be working quite fine so far on mentat-alt.
