Remove options for attachments size limit, compression and formats from GUI of reporting settings. (Redmine issue: #6255)

Fix: Fixed the decplarations of Login and Register views for them to be available on general Login and Registration direction views.

The auth_env registration view was not tagged as is_sign_up, so it was
not diplayed in registration view list.

Searching and filtering options for users, groups, etc. were greatly improved. Previous solution was using JavaScript and Datatables and without the support for paging. (Redmine issue: #5832)

Requiring any user role is the same as requiring user to be authenticated, so these checks were unnecessary.

Implemented support for specifying different endpoint name than the concatenation of module name and view name.

Authentication and authorization decorators were applied in wrong order, which resulted in Forbidden HTTP error to always be thrown. Now it is correct, when the user is not authenticated, Unauthorized HTTP error is returned and user is redfirected to login page.

Application icons are now part of configuration instead of contant definitions.
