Add the 'Return-Path' header to generated reports

Previous version of Mentat system added the Return-Path header to report emails. This is also documented on webpages, however the header is missing in the reports.

Implemented support for Return-Path header into mailer app plugin. Deployed to development server for verification before closing the issue.

I have verified, that the Return-Path header is now correctly present in the reports. I now consider this issue to be resolved.
