Shuffle directories and filenames to get rid of historic cruft and to better reflect contrib/production status

- and added poll_time parameter to receiver section in README (which has already existed but was not documented)

More sensible configuration file defaults, some sections left commented to prevent unnecessary default filtering and/or adding Node info

 * Included Warden client config - can be both unicode or str

* filenames now have .idea extension (Mentat requires that :) )
* bugfix: use list range instead of generator xrange on event index list generation (also in warden_client)
