There is an endpoint /api/reports/dashboard that provides JSON document containing overall reports statistics. The data is the same as with the /reports/dashboard view. (Redmine issue: #7578)

The auth_dev authentication module was accidentaly enabled by default in configuration file shipped with Mentat packages. It was changed at some point locally during development and the change was accidentally committed. The documentation was missing the warning about disabling it during installation in production deployment. This is fixed now.

To be consistent with the rest of the system. SQLAlchemy ORM model does not allow to specify ALTER TABLE commands for models. Therefore it would be necessary to run migrations after clean installation, which could cause chaos and troubles with schema versions and stamping. I have moved the cluster commands to database optimization documentation, which is where they belong. (Redmine issue: #6096)
